READY-TO-WEAR
Yes, all our clothes are unisex. We have separated our products on our website for clarity for you, but there is no difference between the Men's and Women's designs in our ready-to-wear collections. For each size, there is a Men/Women equivalence. For example, the XS size in Men's Raincoat corresponds to an S in Women's, as well as for the Fleece and Parka. When you receive your product, both sizes will be indicated in this way: Woman: S - Man: XS
The Fleece’s material has been carefully chosen to keep you warm and breathable, so you'll be comfortable inside. It will protect you in the lightest rain. However, in the event of heavy showers, we recommend that you supplement it with an umbrella or raincoat.
The material of The Raincoat has been meticulously selected to provide complete protection from the rain, notably due to its waterproof rating of 15K. However, it is not lined with insulating material against the cold. Therefore, it is worn alone in the mid-season, but in winter, you can easily pair it with The Fleece. This way, you will be protected from both the cold and the rain.
Our ready-to-wear products are design with slightly oversized cuts. Therefore, they fit larger than other similar products. To find the size that fits you best, feel free to refer to our size guides directly on the products pages.
UMBRELLAS
Yes ! A Beau Nuage umbrella is inseparable from its cover and the opposite is also true ! Even the Gentleman comes with an absorbent cover that allows you to carry it over your shoulder.
- Opening of The Original and The Mini : When you open it, be careful not to press the button on the slider. Simply slide the slider without pressing the button until it clicks into place at the top. The button must be pressed when you want to close the umbrella. Then simply close the pole by sliding the slider down or by pushing the top of the umbrella down
Opening of L'Automatique : For this model, you only have to press the button to open the umbrella and close it again. To complete the closing, it is necessary to push the top of the umbrella down until it clips to the handle. Without this step, it is not possible to re-open the umbrella.
Opening of Le Gentleman : Le Gentleman has an automatic opening and a manual closing. You simply press the button to open and close it by sliding its slider down until it clips onto the handle.
The cover diameters of Le Mini and L'Original are almost identical: 90cm. This is the perfect size to cover one person and enough to cover a couple. If you are looking for a larger coverage, L'Automatique is preferable with an amplitude of 92cm. But the undeniable comfort of Le Gentleman remains superior: its wider ribs cover a little more than 1m in diameter.
Our cover consists of a triple-layer absorption technology, which is patented. The inner layer is a special microfiber fabric, capable of absorbing up to 200 times its weight in water. The intermediate layer, known as the repulsion layer, is a completely waterproof material. It not only keeps the outer layer always dry by preventing droplets from passing through but also constantly brings the droplets back into the microfiber. Finally, the outer layer is an umbrella fabric coated with a water-repellent coating. So the cover absorbs raindrops but is not intended to completely dry the umbrella. We therefore recommend always letting them dry by leaving the umbrella open and turning the cover inside out once you are home.

If your product doesn't meet your expectations or the size isn't right, you have 14 days after receiving it to request a refund or exchange. Simply contact us at contact@beau-nuage.com, providing your order number and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can request a return directly from your customer account. If you encounter any other issue with your product, be aware that it's covered by a one-year warranty. To inform us, contact us at contact@beau-nuage.com, including your order number and photos of the product. Returns are free, and you'll receive a pre-paid label. Your orders are shipped via Colissimo. For France: Standard home delivery in 2 to 5 working days, €5.90. For Europe (EU): Standard home delivery with signature in 4 to 7 working days, €9.5. For Europe (non-EU): Standard home delivery with signature in 4 to 7 working days, €15. International: Standard home delivery with signature in 7 to 14 working days, €32.
We pay great attention to the quality of our products, and some may have minor defects such as stains on the fabric or cover. These products are considered unsellable but are still functional. So we donate them to associations that redistribute them to people in need. For products that are deemed unusable, we send them to a specialized center to be recycled
