Eco-friendly canopy

The dense canopy (200 threads/in²) of The Gentleman is made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET) and is coated with a REACH-compliant finish, making it highly water-repellent. For each The Gentleman produced, over eight 500 ml bottles were recycled.

Technical frame

The automatic frame of The Gentleman is made from fibreglass, a strong material that ensures protection in all circumstances.

Innovative cover

All Beau Nuage umbrellas, including The Gentleman, are equipped with a patented absorbent cover. The cover is designed to solve the problem of wet bulkyumbrellas, which are inconvenient in public transport or when getting in a shop. Store the wet umbrella in its cover, and with its shoulder strap, you can carry it very easily.

Triple-layer technology

The triple-layer technology of our covers is patented. The inner layer is a microfibre fabric that absorbs water from the umbrella. The middle layer is a waterproof material.
Finally, the outer is our waterproof and recycled umbrella fabric.

Weight of umbrella in its cover: 510g.

It is best to shake the umbrella well before storing it in its cover. After use, it is advisable to leave the umbrella and cover open to facilitate their drying.
The cover can be machine-washed on a delicate cycle at 30°C.
